Job Title:

Corporate Administrative Assistant

Summary: The Corporate Administrative Assistant is a newly created role located in our Birmingham, AL office. The individual selected for this position will compile reports, presentations, and perform data entry for various corporate managers and officers. This is a high consequence role and will require a high degree of accountability. Being proactive, having a great attitude, and willing to jump in and help the corporate office with a variety tasks is an essential success factor for this position.

Duties:

  • Schedule meetings, draft agendas, and make arrangements for attendees.
  • Create presentations using information provided by management within the corporate office.
  • Conduct research, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Provide and share information as requested with field offices.
  • Make travel arrangements for corporate management.
  • Facilitate tasks associated with vendors or external contractors used by the corporate management team.

Working Conditions:

  • Noise level is low.
  • Work environment is in an office setting.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

  • Ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Construction industry experience (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, Intermediate PowerPoint skills)

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate will be required to live in Birmingham, AL or surrounding metro area.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
