Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of standard costs
• Provide Daily Cost and Yield Reports to Management
• Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in the quarterly forecasting and bi-annual budgeting processes
• Assist Plant Controller on Costing and Analysis Projects
• Operational Tracking & Reporting
• Assist Management in a variety of tasks

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field desired.
• General knowledge of financial accounting procedures
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Skills
• Exceptional thoughtful and analytical skills, diligent with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, well organized
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong project and time management skills
• Agile and open to change
• Ability to work independently, effectively handle multiple competing priorities and mangae deadlines under pressure. Resourceful!
• Proven ability to develop strong partnerships and influence at all levels of the organization. Must be collegial, with high integrity, and a team player.
• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions...a problem solver
