What is the opportunity?

We are searching for a creative individual to join our expanding marketing team! This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels and brands under the Fountain Life umbrella, including, but not limited to Fountain Life and Fountain Health Insurance. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great, but preform efficiently as well. This individual should have a history of working with premium and luxury brands, creating elegant and visually impactful creative. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast past environment. Candidate must be fully proficient with the skills and understanding of the following, including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and All Social Media Platforms. Prior experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, trade show/event materials, in-center features, website, content creation is Required. Digital Photography and video creation and editing is a plus.

What will you do?

This position is an integral part of Fountain Life’s overall brand awareness and growth. The Creative Designer will be tasked in creating on brand, elegant, and strong creative, through graphic design, motion graphics and video that elevate the brand and make us best in class across all graphic venues. They may be required to collaborate with both the internal business unit and Fountain Life’s external marketing agencies in order to drive organizational goals effectively.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Responsibilities

  • Execute tactical marketing initiatives across various channels – TV, web, social, e-mail, in-center, presentation, video, etc.

  • Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.

  • Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customer.

  • Prepare digital brand and sales pitch presentations.

  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brand’s voice.

  • Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media and e-mail campaigns, as well as analyzing their impact.

  • Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include: sell sheets, blogs, social media, presentations, product packaging, and user manuals.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to execute and implement new ideas.

Must-Have’s:

  • Proven experience with Luxury Brands.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar.

  • Knowledge of marketing techniques.

  • Project management skillset and ability to juggle time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

  • Advanced graphic design and video program experience and skills.

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

  • High level of creativity; aptitude for producing innovative ideas that will improve marketing efforts.

  • A minimum of 3 years of creative design.

  • Expert level powerpoint or similar presentations skills, with the ability to stay ahead of trends in presentations styles/technologies.

  • Experience with back-end programming languages is beneficial.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused.

  • Design principles: As a creative designer, you’ll need to know how to bring elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message.

  • Ideation: You’ll generate and develop new ideas that align with the Fountain Life’s needs.

  • Branding: You need to understand key components that make a brand and how they work together to communicate with an intended audience.

  • Designing for different media: You should be familiar with techniques and materials for designing digital and print media.

  • UX: You’ll likely need base knowledge behind a “user experience” that impacts a visitor’s time spent on a website.
