CREW

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products

Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner

Answering any questions about the products being serviced
Handling transactions appropriately
Responsible for a clean and safe workplace

Ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain stock and inventory

SHIFT LEADER
The Shift Leader’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels and other products when needed

Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees

Help with taking orders if needed

Clean equipment and workplace

Assist with training new employees

Audit all necessary paperwork

In charge of any and all shift changes

Responsible for the employees doing the cash handling policies

Make notes for Daily Cash Report if store reached the daily goal

Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees
