Cutting Edge Landscape is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team of landscape professionals!
Description of Position:
Crew Leaders will lead crews of team members and oversee assigned installation jobs ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, and on time. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude.
Experience:
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate landscape plan drawings.
- Experience managing crew members on landscape installations.
- Operate skid steers, compact excavators, chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
- Must be able to lift more than 80 pounds.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
- Must have experience leading teams
- Experience in landscaping construction & installation
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to drive a company truck with trailer.
- Dependable: shows up on time and works long hours if needed to meet project deadlines, consistent and trustworthy

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
