The Crew Leader position is a full time core position, with regular hours in the off season. As an essential service for many customers, this position is considered recession proof.

As a small company, everyone is an essential team member and works together to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations while maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.

Responsibilities: Crew leaders are responsible for their crew, equipment and service quality and:

• Driving and Trailering equipment to job sites
• Delivering reliable and quality Turf & Landscape services
• Supervising crew members and productivity
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices
• Contribute to developing strong team and client relationships
• Equipment Maintenance
• Off season duties include machine and building maintenance and snow removal.

Qualifications

• Strong Self Management & good judgment skills
• Effectively work and communicate with Co-Workers, Owners and Clients
• Excellent Attendance and dependability
• Discipline to deliver reliable and quality services and overcome challenges
• Able to work 8-10 hours Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays (typical hours are 7-4 though other circumtstances may require longer days)

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including standing and walking for 8+ hours, lifting 50 lbs and able to work in ALL weather conditions
• Previous commercial lawn care experience is a plus, but a strong work history, being mechanically inclined, and demonstrating good judgment are equally considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
