Cricket's Coffee Company in Geneseo, NY is looking for part time and full time team members. KITCHEN, BAR AND BARISTA SHIFTS AVAILABLE. We are located on 53 Main St.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
WEEKENDS REQUIRED
MINIMUM OF 3 SHIFTS WEEKLY
Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed *Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and patrons *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner *Prepare food and drinks in accordance with customer needs *Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner with the highest standards of quality maintained *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
Qualifications

*Food Service Experience required. *Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele *Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.50 - $14.00/hour.
