This position is for a candidate who is outgoing and customer service driven. Experience is not a requirement, however, a candidate who can learn quickly is a must. We are looking for effort, the ability to communicate with customers, a team player but also work independently and able to show a sense of urgency. The candidate will be cross-trained on all aspects of the restaurant. Crew Members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand they are the "face" of Firehouse Subs!
