Currently we are seeking to hire a key individual to contribute to our team in the following area:

Landscape Construction Crew Member.

This above position is a Crew Member level position, which requires the following competencies and abilities among others:

• Interacts well with others
• Ability to communicate well with customers, crew members, and management.
• Attention to detail
• Can operate multiple kinds of machines, as well as standard landscape equipment.
• A working knowledge of irrigation.
• Need to have a basic knowledge of construction principles.
• Good driving record with a 3 year history is required
• Enjoy labor intensive work
• Desire to grow with our company

In this position some of your additional specific responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the on-time and complete delivery of services to all assigned properties.
• Taking initiative to communicate additional sales opportunities.
• Showing special care for company vehicles and equipment.
• Building healthy relationships with customers, management, and team members
• Communicate effectively through detailed and proactive reporting to operations and management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely lift up to 90 pounds on a routine basis
• Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Perform tasks as directed by supervisor
• Perform tasks such as grading, trenching, planting, sod installation, irrigation, and hardscape work.
• Must wear work boots, provided Red Elm shirt, and present yourself in a clean and professional manner
• Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment
• Must comply with Red Elm policies and procedures

Experience:

• 1-3 years in the landscaping or construction industry
