Our team is looking for enthusiastic baristas and food service workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers. To qualify for this position, applicants should be experienced in the kitchen environment, thrive in fast-paced environments, be excellent at multitasking, and have exceptional people skills. This job will involve making drinks like juice, smoothies, coffee, and tea as well as making food like smoothie bowls, scrambles, grain bowls, wraps, and toast. Involvement in other team tasks like prep and cleaning will also be expected.
Pay will primarily comprise of a base rate and will be supplemented by our daily tip pool. New hires will have the opportunity to earn higher pay by learning more stations. As we will be opening a second location, we are looking for ambitious individuals who seek to advance their careers in the industry and grow with our business. Applicants who have a passion for food and health will be a particularly great match."
