Primary Function
Every sales associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store. The term "sales associate" applies to the positions of 1st, 2nd and 3rd-shift employee, both full and part time.
Duties/Responsibilities
Creating the Amazing Customer Experience:
- Acknowledge customers as soon as they enter the store
- Make eye contact, smile, offer assistance
- Gives all customers prompt and courteous service.
- Refer to customers by name if you know them
- Protect the ‘Crosby’s’ brand by preparing in store prepared fresh food and made to order fresh food in full compliance to Crosby’s recipes, specifications and standards
- Engage customers through friendly conversation
- Supports the growth of our loyalty program ‘My Crosby’s Rewards’ by advising customers of benefits of enrollment and assisting customer in enrollment process
- Actively promote the use of ‘My Crosby’s Rewards' loyalty program
- Advise customers of Crosby’s specials using up suggestive selling technics
- Thank each and every customer
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 18 years of age preferred
- Experience Preferred
- Valid NYS Drivers license preferred
