Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
Location: Saint Helens, OR (about 35 minutes from Hillsboro and NW Portland)

Position Summary

Work as part of a team to give current and potential customers excellent customer service. Communicate and solve problems for internal and external entities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers and vendors, and internal staff via telephone and email

· Ensure our customers’ accounts are in good order and communicate any delays as needed

· Provide rate quotes

· Track shipments

· Manage inventory

· Research and problem solve any issues that arise

· Administrative work such as scanning, indexing, and filing

· Maintain detailed documentation about customers

· Assist with logistics and freight

· Cross-train with manufacturing department and help out when needed

Qualifications

· Effectively communicate to internal and external sources via email, phone, and in person

· Strong attention to detail

· Time management and ability to work independently

· Beginner-Intermediate typing skills including 10 key by touch

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Education/Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent
