What You'll Do
We are currently looking to fill a full time Customer Care Specialist position in our Customer Care department. This position will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders/agents/funeral homes. This is a great opportunity to get call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry.

- Basic computer operation skills
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Although not required, if you have any prior experience working with insurance or have the ability to speak Spanish you are highly encouraged to apply
