The Furniture & ApplianceMart Distribution Center in Stevens Point is looking for process-orientated, customer-focused, professionals who have an interest in service support.

What you will be doing each day:

  • Build rapport with service technicians and customers through phone and messaging systems.
  • Support furniture and/or appliance technician routes across the enterprise.
  • Schedule service orders and submit requests for parts.
  • Provide information on product warranties to customers.
  • Provide real-time support and resolution.
  • Ability to manage periods of high volume inbound/outbound calls.
  • Ability to read basic parts and assembly drawings.
  • Experience using and following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize during disruption.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Careful attention to detail and thorough in completing tasks.
  • Using computers and computer systems to enter data and process information.
  • Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Preferred but not required; 1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service experience
  • Ability and the willingness to work over the phone.
  • Ability and the willingness to work operations hours, including evenings, some weekends, and some holidays.
  • Manufacturing or technician experience is a plus but not required.
  • Immediate need for Spanish-speaking professionals

Current shifts available are:


1st Shift M-F, 8am-4:30pm and/or 8:30am-5pm
