We've partnered with a growing manufacturing company in search of a Customer Experience Representative to join them! As a Customer Experience Representative you’ll receive, process, and confirm customer orders to support Sales activities. This direct hire role will operate onsite in Waunakee Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay is $41,600/year and competitive benefits are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into manufacturing system.
- Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
- Work with drafting on order information.
- File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
- Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue.
- Assist Customer Experience team by taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
- May be assigned order processing duties for Key and Target Accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- One year of order entry, customer service, inside sales or power transmission industry knowledge preferred.
- Experience in technical industry preferred.
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, strong comprehension and memory skills.
- Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours/day
- Willingness to complete drug screen upon accepted offer
