The Navigator role provides communication across multiple clients while championing process, workflow and best practices. The Navigator is able to build and maintain relationships by providing positive post-sale experience to customers, show superior collaboration, organization and communication through a wide range of projects.

What makes a good Customer Experience Specialist/Navigator?

A top performing Customer Experience Specialist/Navigator will be able to create and maintain concrete relationship with homeowners and be a single point of contact with the customer to develop high trust to address needs and deliver positive outcomes.

The Customer Experience Specialist needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills. They will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent organizational skills and be able to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain concrete relationship with homeowner
• Accountable as a single point of contact for homeowner
• Develop high trust and actively listen with the homeowner to address needs and deliver positive outcomes
• Partner with Production Manager to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
• Track and monitor account status, partner with the homeowner to provide project development
• Complete post install reviews and customer satisfaction
• Conduct service assessment and warranty inquiries
• Demonstrate empathy and responsibility
• Other duties as assigned

Must Haves

• High school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service role preferred
• Able to sit prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing

Nice to have

• Associates degree preferred
• Able to work independently
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated collaboration skills
• Product and service knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
