Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Complete outbound follow-up calls to verify status of pending funds coming from other financial institutions.
• Review applications and complete basic data entry, perform licensing checks and initial contract set-up and contact financial advisors regarding missing or clarification of information provided on annuity applications.
• Answer inbound phone calls regarding basic status calls from financial advisors and internal sales team via our agent support line.
• Maintain and manage all pending/follow-up cases on incoming business and communicate status to financial advisors.
• Work independently to prioritize work items effectively to meet service standards and client needs.
• Identify, recommend and implement changes to procedures and checklists to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn all plan and contract details and provide service that excels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
