We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team player with the following qualities:
3 years minimum experience in customer service, incoming calls and managing processes.
The ability to multi task, operate basic software applications, organize documentation, acquire product knowledge and create strong customer relationships.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience in service or manufacturing industry is preferable.
Bilingual ability(English and Spanish) will be a plus.
