Customer Relations Representative (Joint Weekday & Weekend Shift)

SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately-held footwear retailer in business 62 years with more than 1,100 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This position is located in the corporate headquarters in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!

What you should know:

The Customer Relations Representative will interact with customers and store associates to provide and process information in response to order management inquiries, concerns, and operational complaints/concerns. Applicants must be able to work with limited supervision while still being able to achieve key performance metrics. The schedule for this position is 2 pm – 11 pm Thursday through Monday or 2 pm – 11 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

What you will do:

• Communicate directly with customers & store staff either by telephone or email
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live-calls and emails
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in partnership with store operations personnel or directly via consumer contact
• Process and review order management tasks via multi-faceted web programs
• Maintain various customer data bases
• Communicate and coordinate professionally with consumers and corporate staff of various levels
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution

Qualifications/Requirements

• Knowledge of basic computer skills required
• Customer-service experience in a live environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of customer-service principles and practices (preferred)
