ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Responsible for scheduling NAVCO technicians to service calls
  • Update and maintain customer websites with eta’s for tech arrival, status on work order, and completion notes
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
  • Represents the first impression of NAVCO to all customers
  • Monitor the processing and completion of NAVCO service requests
  • Ensure required SLA’S are being communicated to NAVCO techs and subcontractors
  • Oversee ordering of needed parts for completion of service requests
  • Ensures accurate receipt of service requests from customers and relays that to our field service technicians in a timely manner

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Must have a High School Diploma.

Must be detail-oriented and proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating

procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
