The primary responsibilities will include managing our agency operations and customers' accounts and providing excellent service as you:
- Take Inbound and outbound calls to clients regarding their insurance
- Process requested changes to customers' policies
- Align customers' insurance needs with other available products(commissions for sales)
- Make payments for clients and
- Acquire and file important insurance documents

Once licensed(we assist with required state licensing), higher pay, commission and bonuses become available.
