Customer Service Agent Job at Quick International Courier
Manage and monitor general customer orders and inquiries and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. To ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization. To work collaboratively with Operations and Sales Management to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
YOUR ROLE
QuickSTAT Customer Service Agent Position Budgeted for $20.00-$22.00 p/h
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide our customers with transportation solutions to meet their needs- Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates
- Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.
- Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and compliance with all government regulations and QuickSTAT Standard Operating Procedures.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the management team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
.• Reliability and Dependability (primary)
- Computer proficiency (MS Office or related programs essential)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work successfully under pressure
- Decision-making ability
- Flexibility- must be able to work off hour schedules (ie, other than 9-5 Mon to Fri) as
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability
- Good numeric / financial ability
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Planning and organizing
- Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
- Excellent understanding of world geography and commerce
- Air Courier or Freight Industry background
- Specialization in Biopharm or cold chain transportation
- Background in health care or Biopharmaceutical industry
- Customer Service in related industries.
- Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport
- Clinical Trial Logistics including temperature control packaging, shipping and/or
- GDP training and qualifications specific to transportation
