About us
Inver Grove Honda is your local and trusted Honda dealer offering sales and service to the Inver Grove Heights, St. Paul and surrounding area. We are looking to hire a Service Appointment Coordinator / Scheduler to assist with questions and scheduling service appointments to our customers.
- Interact with customers in response to concerns, inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and investigate when needed
- Effective problem solving skills with the ability to approach problems logically and rationally
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Outgoing, a self-starter, problem solver and likes a challenge
- Positive and proactive with listening and learning new things
- Proficient in working with multiple applications, multiple browsers, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong typing, listening, communication and documentation skills
- Curiosity to learn, willingness to help and dependable are a key to success in this role
- Base Pay: $16.50 -$18.00 with incentives after 90 days (potential for $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr after incentives/90 days based on your motivation)
- Afternoon/Evening hours (Monday - Thursday: 12pm-8pm, Friday: 10am-6pm & 1 Saturday a month: 8am-4pm)
