Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and entering incoming orders
• Provide information about the products
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Assisting Outside Sales Professionals with customer related issues and opportunities
• Handle 30 - 40 calls per day during busy season
• Process export paperwork in Fedex and UPS system

Qualifications: Previous experience in business to business customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with repeat customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience in B2B preferred
