Temp to Hire Customer Service/ Business Development Representative

SHIFT: Flexible Full Time or Part Time Hours. Most work 9AM to 6PM and Some Weekends

PAY: $17.00 per hour plus Commission

Interview For interview Arrive 10-15 minutes early and text/call our Retail Coordinator upon your arrival.

• Candidate will be shadowing with another Business Development Rep for the first hour of the interview! Feel free to ask questions, listen to the way they do their job, etc. Then the last 30 minutes you will chat with our District Manager and our Program Director, Chris.

Required: Mouth swab drug test and 7-year background unless they have only lived in Arizona then Maricopa free is fine.

No theft, violence allowed. They run a 5 year, so we are good if something is over 5 years but doesn’t have major backgrounds.

No age restrictions, great for anybody!!

Dress Code: Jeans, t shirt, sneakers and they will provide a black apron. NO holes in jeans, no inappropriate writing on shirts

· No experience needed at all for the 1st pay wage listed above.

· Just need a great personality!!! Anyone that has worked Retail (Target, Nordstrom) or anyone that has worked in a warehouse and has a great personality is a good fit!!

· Will be setting appointments directly in the store with the customers for HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Installs, etc.

· Example, someone is coming in to do a home revision on their water treatment, this person will talk to them about company assisting in the installation or their product. They are not selling anything at all, just making an appointment for someone from company to meet with them.

· Training and working alongside of DM and Trainers

· Using a tablet to set the appointment, and that is how the commissions are based/paid.

· Tablet is also used to log in and out of work and has a tracking device on it. No one will be able to log in and out when they are not in the store. Candidate will be responsible for the tablet and the cost of the tablet if lost or job ended, and it is not returned

Commissions:

Commissions are lead based.

$60.00 per lead – 1st 10 leads

$90.00 per lead-over 10 leads

$120.00 per lead over 20 leads

Commissions paid every 2 weeks. Hourly wage paid weekly.
