We are looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator in Raleigh, North Carolina.

- Help manager Supervise Seasonal and Part-time Employees:
- Uphold Homewood practices and policies.
- Help with training new employees.
- Help manager coordinate employee breaks and lunches.
- Help manager coordinate employee tasks.
- Communicate with manager employee misconduct and behaver issues.
- Uphold Homewood Customer service:
- Knowledge of Homewood customer service practices.
- Handle customer returns and problems using Homewood practices and policies.
- Monitor customer handouts and report needs to manager
- Greenhouse:
- Monitor Homewood signage and prices.
- Unload plant trucks when they arrive.
- Price and put out plants.
- Set up benches and displays seasonally.
- Keep the greenhouse clean and weed-free.
- Report any mechanical or plumbing problems to manager.
- Know how to shut the water off for emergencies.
- Know how to operate greenhouse controls and computers.
