Shift Lead at Dry Cleaner - Customer Service/Team Lead/Front Counter.
- Sign-On Bonus $350 (details provided during interview).
- Immediate Start.
Schedule:
- Monday: 11:00-7:00 pm.
- Tuesday-Friday: 3:00-7:00 pm.
- Saturday: 10:00-4:00 pm.
Ricks Cleaners is local and family-owned since 1987. Store Shift Lead to work front counter at Rick's Cleaners. Rick's is a local, family-owned business that has consistently won Best Dry Cleaner 12 times including 2022 Best Cleaners in Austin.
This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and energetic, hardworking. A self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service is a must.

Duties Include:
- Invoicing customers and working the front counter at cleaners.
- Operating a cash register.
- Operating an easy-to-learn Point of Sale Computer System.
- Providing impeccable customer service.
- Marking in laundry and dry clean clothing.
- Providing customers with order(s) for curbside pick up.
- Completing store closing duties.
- Keeping the store clean.
- Working all operations in the store (no actual pressing is involved with this position).
No experience is necessary, we will train you!
Health insurance options coverage is available to all hires. Hourly Position paid every two weeks. Available to start training immediately! All interviews are conducted at 5324 Cameron Rd, Austin TX 78723.
