Position Description:

The Customer Service and Rental Agent will be responsible for facilitating a range of activities. These activities include but are not limited to computer input, bike fitting, delivery of equipment and rental activities. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Guides are also required to be a leader and make decisions based on best practices. Gasparilla Adventures pride themselves on 5 star customer service. Our guests are on vacation, and we want to make their vacation memorable!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Checking-in guests, assuring waivers are completed, and billing guests.
• Answering phones and completing reservations

• Taking care and maintaining our equipment
• Providing top-notch customer service to all guests

• Cleaning and preparing equipment for send out

• Other tasks and duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Minimum age 16 Years old

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs

• The ability to work as a part of a team but problem-solve independently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Able to remain flexible regarding guests' requests and changes as they occur

• A valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• Previous customer service experience

• Familiar with Boca Grande
• A valid First Aid (or higher) and valid CPR certifcation

Highly Preferred:

• Previous experience professionally guiding

• Bike technician skills'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
