Talent Recruiting Partners is seeking a Client Service Manager for an established, Birmingham-based company in the sales/distribution industry.
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Client Service Representatives. He or she will work closely with the COO to develop, communicate and track KPIs associated with client experience as well as implement processes and procedures to drive improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a customer service team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP and phone systems a plus
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
