Customer Service Representative Job at ASSA ABLOY Architectural Door Accessories
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Effectively handle customer service calls and questions in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
- Interact with internal and external customers to process orders for service
- Provide account and/or order information including but not limited to: pricing, order placement, order tracking
- Assist with Customer Account Maintenance; Update and maintain Customer information in AX; Update territory listings in AX
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, as well as company policies and procedures
- Assist internal and external customers with questions related to application/ installation of products
- Support and model organizational vision, values, and goals
- Maintain confidentially of customer and company information
- Participate in process improvement activities to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform other departmental tasks as assigned which may include: customer call backs, special account handling, web sales, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
