Customer Service Representative Job at Canaan Printing Inc.
Fantastic working hours: Monday thru Thursday, 8am to 5:00pm. Friday 8am to 3pm.
This position will coordinate a variety of functions to support e-commerce and/or Account Manager sales order processing and customer service. Primary activities are sales order data entry, sales order fulfillment management, customer service, assisting Account Managers with quotations, follow-ups, etc. ** Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment is a must ** Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, enter, process and manage sales orders through fulfillment. Assist Account Managers with quotations and follow-ups. Communicate with suppliers regarding product issues related to order fulfillment. Investigate and correct sales orders, supplier and delivery discrepancies. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook. The ability to effectively interact with customers. Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a big plus.
