Description:
- Work in high volume call center to service new and existing Carmichael Heating & Cooling clientele
- Support overall customer service capabilities
- Book jobs, sell membership programs and accessories
- Follow up with waiting in queue
- Advocate for customer needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic Microsoft office
- Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and detail
- Strong organization skills
- Effective communicator
- Team players that enjoys a team environment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules to complete work
- 1-2 years of customer service handling high call volume
