CARSTAR Collision Specialists is accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our busy front office team. The position requires at least one year of experience in a customer service roll, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask.
- Greet all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct a multi-phone in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner
- Schedule and record insurance and customer pay estimate/repair appointments in manager system. Explain repair process, payment procedures, and rental vehicle information to customer.
- Check in customer at time of drop off, including obtaining authorization forms.
- Daily filing of invoices and closed files.
- Maintain the front office and customer reception area.
- Other duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
