Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the online sales conducted through the KBB ICO Buycenter Websites.
• Responsible for all customer communications and establishing relationships with customers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales department and Ciocca Buying Centers for customers to buy a vehicle or sell their vehicle.
• Communication with customers will be through phone, email, and text.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• At least one previous role based on customer service experience
  
• An excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality

• Strong computer skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Basic Computer skills

• Goal oriented
