For 60 years, quality builders and remodels have relied on Littfin Truss to provide them top quality and service on all their roof and floor truss needs. Littfin Truss, located in Winsted, MN, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible to coordinate all aspects of customer service including order entry, coordinating customer inquiries, correspond with scheduling and integration and support of Account Managers. Prepare communications between Sales, Engineering, and Production on a regular basis. Essential Functions of the Job:

· Provide internal and external order status communication; assure forecasts are accurate and entered in Job Management System for capacity planning.

· Communicate with customers order entry confirmation/documentation regarding lead times and ship dates. Resolve delivery issues in coordination with Production, Scheduling and communicate to appropriate Account Managers.

· Lead the coordination and management of customer questions/inquires, customer returns or any issues with orders between internal departments.

· Respond to the customers within 24 hours of delivery dates for rework or replacement of product.

· Track turnaround response time to customer’s inquires, delivery dates and returns.

Be an active participant and support cross functioning team.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum education required: Associate degree in technical field (Architectural Drafting preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED in addition to education 1-2 years prior experience and knowledge in the residential building industry is preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills required.

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks, self-directed, a quick learner, accurate and team player.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe. MiTek software preferred.

· Attention to detail; Dependable and reliable

· Strong math and computer skills; Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

· Read blueprints and suggest alternative solutions to achieve the customers building goals.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.

· Attend conferences and training sessions to learn and maintain a current and thorough understanding of local building codes, software, product applications and other related areas.
