Lyon Financial is a pool and home improvement loan specialist with more than 43 years of experience. Since 1979, we have provided premier service to both homeowners and contractors nationwide.
Due to our tremendous and continuous growth, we are looking to fill several varied positions. We are looking for candidates with a background in customer service, as that is at the heart of all we do. We offer on-the-job training, as our specialty services require specific skills.
Employees of Lyon Financial are offered a unique earning structure, with significant opportunity for advancement in their careers and pay. The competitive hourly base pay starts at $17/per hour and up (based on experience). After 6 months of employment, employees receive a bonus of $1,000 per month. After one year, this bonus program transitions into a share of the month's profits from funded loans.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Servicing a high volume of incoming calls
- Communicating with homeowners and contractors to understand their needs via phone and email
- Working closely with other departments to facilitate client needs
Job requirements:
- Candidate must be well-spoken with a dedication to providing a superior customer service experience
- Candidate must possess adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft suite of programs
- Candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
- Candidate must possess excellent active listening skills
- Candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed (with advance notice and consideration given)
- A background in customer service and/or administrative work is preferred
