Requirements
- Be a goal oriented self starter with a sense of urgency to execute objectives
- Ability to encourage and mentor employees
- Proficient in organization
- Ability to meet sales objectives as established
- Professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to obtain insurance licenses- we will pay for training!
- Comfortable pursuing leads from multiple sources
*Life & Health and/or Property and Casualty licenses preferred but not required
