Full-Time Regular (40 hours per week, M-F). You will enjoy providing excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

  • Computer Literate (use of Microsoft word processing software, email, internet, and the ability to adapt to new inner office software etc).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person if/when needed
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order all office supplies and keep up-to-date inventory stock
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties; filing, copying, faxing
  • Follow up/schedule phone calls with customers
  • Receive payments
  • Open/close the office
  • Attend department meetings
  • Provide backup to other departments, if needed
  • Process & track key check-outs
  • Support administrative and special project requirements, as assigned
  • Other duties, as assigned

Physical Demands

  • Required to sit for long periods of the time
  • May involve some repetitive motion
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, etc.
  • Must frequently engage face-to-face with clients/customers

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of related experience and/or training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
