Nexeo HR is currently looking for a well-rounded individual to join a Customer Care team for an amazing client out of the Logan area. Individuals will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions about billing, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet, and cell phone services, and mortgage servicing. The candidate must have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from customers who have questions about billing, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet, cell phone services, and mortgage servicing
- Respond to customers and their needs in a prompt manner
- Maintain confidentiality
- Work across multiple programs
- Complete all responsibilities given by the manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic Computer Skills and Data Entry is a must
- Must be able to multitask while speaking to the customer
- Commit to long hours of work to reach goals when necessary
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have good communication skills both verbal and written
Pay
$17 per hour
Schedule
5 Days per week | Monday - Saturday | Mondays and Saturdays Required
