The CSR will act as a liaison between our customers and our technicians, providing product information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers, they're patient and empathetic, and, above all, they're passionately communicative.

DAYS: The perfect candidates will be available Monday - Saturday (always have sunday off w/ a day during the week)

TIMES: Must be available to start as early as 5am and end their day at 6pm (this does NOT mean you will work a 13hr day, it means you need to be flexible within that time frame)

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering heavy incoming calls and responding to customer’s concerns/questions
• Identify and de-escalate issues with Department Manager
• Provide information and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document/Data entry of all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
