Customer Service Representative I Job at Universal Music Group

Responsibilities:
  • Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with current status
  • Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status
  • Prepare and publish reports

Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Data entry experience
  • High Level of attention to detail
  • Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
  • Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent some college preferred.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position:
$15.00/hour-$18.00/hour
