The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. A bilingual candidate, one who speaks english and spanish, would be best to speak to potential customers that may visit our showroom.

As a Customer Service Representitive you are the face of the company. We expect a professional and courteous experience for our customers from the time they enter the door to the time they leave. We are a family owned and operated company and here we treat our employees, like our customers, with respect.
The Customer Service Representative roles in our office are:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Taking customer's information for Estimate Requests
- Posting advertisement
- Filling and Filing Invoices
- Following up with Customers
- Receiving Payments
- Housekeeping area
- Replying to Emails
These are the basic resposibilities along with other tasks that you may be asked to do.
- Monday- Friday 8 am-5PM
