Key Responsibilities:

The percentage of time spent in each area of responsibility will vary:

• Process customer orders via telephone, email, and fax.
• Manage the Key Account Aftermarket Program: process orders, handle paint color and application inquiries, inventory, compliance requests, and updating order form and color archives.
• Account management of small accounts
• Communicate customer activity to Purchasing and Warehouse Personnel.
• Provide tracking information regarding outbound shipments to customers and other key individuals involved with the transaction.
• Develop and maintain SOP's on areas of responsibilities.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets and update as appropriate.
• Research and respond to customer inquiries.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Help as needed in warehouse area to manage and prioritize activity.
• Backing up Senior Account Managers
• Other general administrative duties.
