Execusource is seeking a class of (20) Call Center agents to join a rapidly growing call center in the Athens, GA area. These are in office positions and function M-F 8a-5p. Weekend availability available. $15-16/hr. Start dates - Every Monday and Wednesday!
Some Job Duties include:
- Primary responsibility is to speak with clients and customers that need assistance or have questions regarding the business service offering
- Place outbound calls on a call dialer and accept incoming calls.
- Inform customers of unit pricing, and updates in service
- Research client products, services, or solution information through provided materials.
- Be able to use multiple computer software's at once.
- Contract to Hire
- 16/hr. - Shift (Monday - Friday)
- Hours - (8 to 5)
