We are an established chemical distribution company that has been in business for over 20 years. We supply ingredients to the fragrance, personal care and industrial industries. We are looking to invest in an individual that has high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills, positive attitude and constantly looking to improve their skills.

Customer Service Distribution Specialist

The qualified individual will be responsible for managing the entire order to shipment process. Included in this requirement is to proactively communicate with customers any concerns with their order and provide timely and effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter orders in Quick books
• Prompt response to customer inquires via telephone and email
• Primary contact with third party logistic companies
• Work closely with suppliers on product availability and pricing
• Coordinate and confirm all deliveries with suppliers and truckers
• Manage inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Looking for an individual with:

• Must use Quickbooks on daily basis
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience preferably in a B2B environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel and Word.
• Enthusiasm for problem solving, proactive approach and passion for our business
• Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments
• Extremely strong organizational skills
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
