- A Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers at all times. This position will report to General Manager, and keep them apprised of all goings on within all departments . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the daily operations all departments
- Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
- Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
- Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with customers
- Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Another advantage is that, while we offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks, craft beers, tobacco products, etc., you may run into a product that you need that we don’t have in stock. Where our big chain competition has little or no control over the stock that they sell, we can help you personally to order EXACTLY what you need – and have it within just a couple days. Other stores may tell you they can’t do it or that it may take them a couple weeks. Not at Nick & Moes! We proudly offer a full Quiznos sandwich shop inside our stores, we also have a full service deli Nick & Moes Famous Fried Chicken, along with our delicious Pizza Hut! We also offer a wide selection of beers, ales, lagers, malts, and other craft beers – all in our 30 degree beer caves. We have the coldest beer in town.
