Vertical Raise is a fundraising platform that helps non-profit high school teams and performing arts groups raise the money necessary to have a successful season. We are a very fast moving 4-year old startup based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. We have 210 employees and are looking for a Customer Service Specialist that wants to join our amazing team.
A day in the life of a customer service specialist will consist of answering the phones and helping donors and coaches with questions, help with on-boarding new customers and campaigns, lead routing, and email support.
Requirements
- Good customer support skills through email and over the phone
- Passion for helping groups, teams, & youth organizations raise money
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Good with Excel, Outlook, and other computer programs
- Ability to handle computer tasks without errors
