Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Check trucks/vans have been loaded accurately with daily deliveries and account for all

• Deliver 15.5, 13.2 and 5 gallon kegs of beer along with other packaged beer products to

• Assist in structuring and following an efficient delivery route schedule
• Collaborate with sales staff on special deliveries, tap handles, or marketing materials as

with our self-distributing standards; independently troubleshoot any unforeseen product
issues

• Ensure delivery fleet vehicles are cleaned daily, fueled adequately, and serviced for

• Maintain pristine upkeep including overall cleanliness and organization of our

• Clean kegs, fill kegs, and store kegs and other packaged beer products in the cold box
• Facilitate canning line progress by unloading finished product; categorize, palletize and

store in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• An interest and love of craft beer
• Must be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated
• Demonstrate professionalism and collaborate with our sales team and upper

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Experience driving a large vehicle preferred but not required

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work nights/weekends as needed

Work Environment:

• Duties are performed in both indoor and outdoor settings
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
• Occasionally exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions;

reproductive harm may be present at the worksite
