We are hiring a data and fundraising fanatic to join a small-but-mighty team of passionate arts managers creating community connection. We are looking for our next team member who is ready to step in and join our community of diverse, committed and talented staff as we take our work to the next level.As the data analyst, you will work alongside senior staff and board in a regional arts organization. Your insights will help drive the organization and the community. You will provide essential support to manage revenue goals, both contributed and earned revenue, providing data-driven insights and development support to our team. With your help, we can make better decisions and build a stronger community. In this hybrid role, your tools will be spreadsheets, databases, donor insights, thank you notes, guests lists, trends and a team willing to co-create with you. By working alongside the senior members of the organization in planning, implementing, and assessing each campaign, you will help resource Joe's future.

Key Responsibilities: Understand and work with available datasets to create actionable insights for the organization—especially related to donors, community engagement and program-related demand for Joe's programs. Position reports to the Executive Director and works alongside fundraising, finance and communication departments Position will collaborate on: All fundraising campaigns, events, and meetings from planning to executing Working with our amazing grant writing and fundraising consultants to complete tasks and documents to raise money Supporting department leadership with data collection systems that become the backbone of impact reports Position supports: Donor communication through thank you letters, donor newsletters, potential membership program, ensuring quality, that they meet evolving best practices. Data management of contributed revenue, placing your position at the forefront of nonprofit work and at Joe's sustainable revenue model. Tracking program data for funder reporting requirements Administrative tasks required for fundraising, such as required registration updates, online reports, and annual updates to online profiles. Other duties as assigned and needed-we are a team! From staffing our gala to joining in team strategic planning exercises, we want you to be in it with us!

Skills and experience needed: At least two years of experience with data analysis and databases. *Fundraising Development knowledge, *Proven ability to use and improve CRM databases, especially Patron Manager, a Salesforce platform Previous experience operating within the Salesforce platform backend as well as creating and updating dashboards, contacts, and campaigns preferred. Proven experience in using data to help drive action Previous experience running reports related to donor analysis preferred. Proven ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team An eye for detail Digital ninja skills Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to self-manage and lead (you must be able to work independently, flexibly, collaboratively, and productively in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage a multi-faceted workload) 2 – 4 years fundraising or development OR data analysis or data entry experience Curiosity about the trends and opportunities of nonprofit fundraising A love of community and a belief that everyone deserves a place to express themselves is critical.
