Data Entry Clerk Job at Bakersfield HQ
PURPOSE:
This position provides services to the Farm Shop department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for data entry into pm work order program.
Enter data into telematics tracking programs Geotab and Topcon.
Enter invoices and other data into INFOR and/or Excel.
Assist Farm Shop Department with any other data entry, invoicing, coding and any other administrative tasks as directed.
Setup and maintain miscellaneous files, etc.
Write letters in Word.
Construct spreadsheets in Excel.
Check invoices against pricing on file.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Must be a team player.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Clerical experience is preferred.
Must have strong and accurate typing and filing skills and organization of office procedures.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
Have the ability to organize with attention to detail.
Must be familiar with various office equipment.
Remote work not available for this position.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read and write in both.
Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
